It’s that special time of year again. When we raid the local farms and search out the best fruits we can find to combine with our barrel aged sour beer. This year, for the first time, we have been able to harvest and combine barrels of 3, 2 and 1 year vintages with a variety of exciting fruits. Here’s a peak at what will be available…

Peach Espalier – Golden sour refermented on peaches.
Plum Espalier – Red sour refermented on plums.
Rico Rojo – Red sour refermented on tart cherries, raspberries and black currants.
Grafted and Gilded – Symphony – Golden sour refermented on Symphony grapes.
