Arlington finally has a craft brewery to call its own.

Concocted with a house saison culture and infused with hibiscus and orange peel, RosaLee is wonderfully complex but easy on the tongue as well as the eyes.  20 IBU * 6.3 ABV

Tres Craneo – (Three Skull) is a triple IPA that proudly presents a bready nose with a rock candy backbone.   Heavy doses of hops throughout the brewing process create a complexity that rivals this triple’s powerful punch.  Warning *** you might feel like you have three skulls, if you drink more than two. ***  150 IBU  *  10.4 ABV

This amber ale is brewed in the Flemish tradition. It is fermented with our developing house microbes and given an extensive secondary fermentation to develop a balance and harmony of the complex flavors found in sour beers. Following months of aging it is refermented with loads of raspberries and rose hips. This beer has a soft sourness, is fruity, herbal and refined.

A primitive concoction created with a simple 2 row barley and heaps of hops.. then more hops…and thusly another heaping load of hops.. until it’s……it’s alive…bitter…mean…and ready to slake your thirst.  9.0 ABV
